Payment of the booking deposit represents a read and signed rental agreement and is a contract.
Please be sure to read the agreement at the bottom of this page before booking
Deposit is non refundable unless opening can be filled With a full rate Reservation.
A credit card must be submitted for a damage / cleaning account
This account is a security hold, and no charge is made to the card unless needed
In the event of a claim the holder will be informed of any charges to be made to the account and will be given 10 days to dispute and or settle the charges as needed.
A Final Cleaning fee of $ 75.00 is added to each booking

*Children under Age 10 do not count in group limit and stay free
** Additional Adults over limit of 6 Add 25.00 per person per night
Pet Friendly Animal Policy
Animals will be welcomed at the lodge with the following requirements
Please inform us of any animals staying in the property at the time of booking
Animals left unattended inside must be kenneled
Animals staying outside must be tethered or kenneled.
An outdoor kennel is provided on site and is free to use
You must clean the kennel area after use or be subject to fees listed.
You are responsible for any and all damages caused by an animal if they exceed the deposit.
Animals are not allowed on the bedding or furniture
By Law animals must be leashed or otherwise restrained in public areas.
You are required to clean up after your animals business after each occurrence.
Failure to clean up after your animals will result in a cleanup fee applied to your
final billing of $50.00
In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify owner as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of Landlord _________________________________.
I (we) hereby agree to vacate rented premises no later than the hour and date agreed. Before vacating, I (we) will clean the premises thoroughly, which includes the following:
1. Clean refrigerator. Leave no food or drink in it.
2. Empty all garbage into outside cans.
3. Clean stove, range & grill, counter tops, sinks and appliances. Wipe all surfaces so that they are free of grease and food.
4. Clean bathrooms (include tubs, toilets, sink, shower)
5. Vacuum floors and mop tile.
6. Do not re-arrange furniture.
THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT CLEAN TO AVOID USE OF THE DAMAGE ACCOUNT HOLD.
In the event that a CONDITION is found on the premises during your stay that is not allowed per agreement, Landlord/owner shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid.
I (we) agree maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear accepted. I (we) agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. LANDLORD/OWNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS PERSONAL PROPERTY.
Dates of rentals are guaranteed when deposit has been received and are non refundable (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to Weather.

NOTE: AIR CONDITIONING AND APPLIANCES
ARE NOT GUARANTEED. REPAIRS WILL BE
MADE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. NO REFUNDS DUE
TO FAILURE. REFUNDS ARE MADE IF DUE TO
ACT OF GOD (see previous paragraph)
